Description:
Use your skills in performance marketing, sales, relationship-building and analytics to manage, grow and monitor our Affiliate partners in effort to increase traffic and revenue for our Advertisers.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the daily management of over 50 affiliates
• Regular communication over the phone and online with affiliates
• Prospecting for new affiliates through networking and extensive research
• Field incoming calls and answer questions about the network to prospective affiliates
• Travel to tradeshows and client locations as needed (2-3 times per year)
• To function in a fast paced, quickly changing industry
Education/Experience/Skills:
• Junior/Senior College Student going to school for marketing or graphic design
• Adaptable, self-motivated, passionate, creative team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Graphic Design Background (Adobe Creative Suite)
Web Assistant Manager

It is a full time, entry/intermediate level position that has been developed to be responsible for maintaining and supporting existing websites and catalog companies. We are looking for someone who has experience with customer service and has the ability to multitask in a fast pace environment. Below are examples of some of the companies and products that Catalog Solutions represent.
Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily web site maintenance and content
*Scan, crop, resize and optimize applications
*Assist with the affiliate marketing programs & email marketing
* Answering Phones & Taking Messages
* Sending and Receiving All Faxes
* Organizing the Office Area and ordering supplies
* Processing and Following Up On All Purchase Orders
* Working Directly With Vendors and Catalog Buyers
* Creating Sales Sheets
Skills for Ideal Candidate:
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Detail-Orientated with strong organizational skills
*Self-Starter who requires little supervision or direction
*Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript
*Track Website performance
